Our Web Design Process

When creating a new web design, we will work with you to ensure you are happy with every aspect of the design. In our first step,we will first talk to you and figure out your design needs and priorities. This initial step will allow us to comprehend your business structure as well as if you have any special needs (Ex. Section 508 compatibility). In our second step, we will then ask you to provide us with a few links to web sites you think are easy to navigate and have good web design. Not everyone has the same design tastes, and we can appreciate this. By looking at the sites you send us, we can begin talking to you about what you like with specific examples. In our third step, after we have a basic framework in mind, we will begin working with colors. Sandbox Consultants will send you color swatches for you to look over and choose a color combination. Once all of these steps have been completed, we will begin designing your web site.

Web Templates

In order to make easily make changes across multiple pages, Sandbox Consultants will use templates for most of our web design projects. Templates give both the designer and the customer flexibility when changes need to be made, saving both time and money over the life of the design

Web Standards

We are dedicated to using web standards from the Word Wide Web Consortium and will make sure your web design looks the same in multiple browsers on multiple platforms.
