WordPress Update: WordPress 3.6 is Available
There is a new version of WordPress available and it is sure sharp! With the latest version – we now have:
- New Twenty Thirteen theme
- New and improved revisions (allows you to easily set the # of revisions per post type you want to save, overhauled revision management user interface, etc
- Post locking (great for sites with more than one author)
- Built-in HTML5 media player for native audio and video embeds (simply add the URL and it will auto show in a player)
- Improved menu editor
- Bug fixes
- All sorts of new functions and filters for developers (documented in the Codex)
As always – make sure you have a backup of your files and database before you upgrade.
